It's that time of year again...
World Wide Flash Mob time!
The 11th annual WWFM event will take place on Saturday, 7 June 2014.
There will be a special digital souvenir for all geocachers who attend a WWFM XI event on this day.
Come and join thousands of geocachers around the world who will be participating in a flash mob event on the same day.
The details of the Pretoria event are as follows:
Place: Irene Village Mall
Date: Saturday, 7 June 2014
Time: 17:00 - 17:15
Bring: A piece of paper with your team name and number of people participating
Stroll around and browse the shopping area from about 16:55. As difficult as it might be when you see all of your friends, please do NOT acknowledge any of your fellow geocachers.
We will gather around the the upside down cow at exactly 17:00.
We will blow bubbles for 3 minutes while walking around the cow.
We will chant the following while we are blowing bubbles:
"Bubbles to the left,
Bubbles to the right,
We're all blowing bubbles
Because it's Flash Mob night!"
A group photo will then be taken and all papers with names and participants should be placed in the collection box.
We will disappear into the night...
And meet up at Mugg & Bean afterwards for some refreshments. (This part is optional and not required to log the flash mob event. All refreshments will be for your own account.)
We have some bottles of bubbles for those who would like them. If you have your own special bubble-blowing equipment, such as a bubble gun or bubble cannon, please feel free to bring it along too.
