After spending a week on Roatan, I was disappointed by the lack of true geocaches. Almost all the hides on the island involve asking a local for the cache which they are keeping hidden from the public. Well, here is a cache that is actually hidden and you will need to search for. It should be easy, but you will need to find it on your own.
During our stay we made the walk from near West End to West Bay everyday to do some scuba diving. This is very pretty walk and gets you outside the more populated tourist areas. It is recommend you don't do the walk at night.
The quickest way to the cache would be to come at if from West Bay. But the cache can also be approached from West End, it is just a much longer walk.
