How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Participants in Leadership Omaha Class 36 decided it would be fun and educational to work with kids from the South Unit of Boys and Girls Club of the Midlands, The Hope Center, and Girls, Inc. to create geocaches to help them learn about geocaching and their community at the same time.    We hope you enjoy searching for the caches in the Leadership Omaha series.

Girls Incorporated opened in 1975. Their first name was Girls Club. Their first home was donated space in the basement of an inner city church. Their first enrollment was six girls. Girls Incorporated now have two centers in North Omaha and South Omaha.
