Geocache Description:

Please park so you are not blocking the road.

Once you find this cache face east and pretend you are in 1829 watching William Hamilton Merritt build his Sawmill and the Welland Canal.  Take some time to explore this area as it is here where the beginings of the shipping world started back in the 1800's.

The cache is a black container that has a log book, pen, hotwheels police car and hockey card in a large zip lock bag.  The container is labled with  "Official Geocache" Tags.
