In Honor of Cleo Mystery Cache

This was Jinx4747's first cache hide. It was named for her golden retriever who went cache hunting with her. She said Cleo helped her avoid attention from muggles---they just wanted to pet Cleo.

The coordinates given are not the correct ones---you will need to solve the puzzle below.

As of 4/14/2022 the hide location has been changed from private property due to the sale of the home. The cache is in a neighborhood and very close to houses so please limit hunting to 10 AM-8 PM.

You will need an extraction tool and a pen.
