The Alaska Baseball League's Alaska Goldpanners play high level baseball at nearby Goldpanner's Field, part of Growden Park. Pitchers throw hard, and batters take mighty swings. Sometimes those foul balls travel quite a distance in all directions. Some wind up directly behind home plate, way out in the parking lot, sometimes smashing windshields, sometimes rolling all the way to the skateboard park! That's the idea behind this cache!!
