A nice hike up to Camelsfoot Peak that takes you to a great viewpoint of the valley. A great cache to combine with the Gold Country Camelsfoot Peak Trail cache, as well as several others along the way.
It's a fairly substantial hike that takes you past the Gold Country Camelsfoot Peak Trail cache, as well as several others along the way. There are some great viewpoints along the way, and some amazing 360 degree views at the peak ...bring a camera! The cache is not in a dangerous spot, but there are some drop offs close by ...please be careful if hiking with the kiddos!
