There is nothing hidden at the posted co-ords. In order to find the cache you need to visit the five 'Agenda Item' caches along George King Memorial Drive and collect the information from each.

Those caches are Minutes of the Previous Meeting (GC54X1Q), Matters Arising from the Minutes (GC54X25), Correspondence Received (GC54X2C), General Business (GC54X29) and Any Other Business? (GC54X20).
