Be careful if you think this is a simple park & grab. No need to force anything. If you're forcing it, you're not on the right track.
Cache is located on a busy intersection in one of the wonderful neighborhoods in town. Stealth will be hard to come by in your quest. Log only so bring you geo-pen. Tweezers may prove helpful but no other tools are necessary beyond your geo-smarts. Well, a little height may come in handy.
Please note that this is on the corner of private property but there is no need to extend your search beyond the reach of public domain. If you find yourself stressing over the grab, let loose your tension and the cache may appear to you.
Be sure to return container to its original place for the next cacher and you do not need to pull on the string itself..
