SB_Dave: The Palisades fire map shows this cache is right on the edge of where the fire burned. Checking on it today and the area indeed was scorched by fire. The bushes are blackened but survived. I could not find the cache. I've replaced this twice since it was last found. I feel it's time to let it go.
