Geocache Description:

'Troublesome Trucks'

This is a nano magnetic cache.  There is parking on the nearby shops or directly opposite the location behind the local pub and restaurant.


The gateway of Norton-Le-Moors is designed by local school children and is dedicated to men, women and children that worked in the local mining and ceramic industries.  It was opened in 2006 and is in recogniton of Walter Sylvester a Stoke-on-Trent inventor of a machine used in the safe removal of the pit props in the British mining industry between 1911 and 1978.
