We wanted a downtown cache that was kid friendly, easy for new cachers who maybe haven't done a puzzle cache before and that is large enough to easily spot once you're at groundzero.
Container is large enough for tradable/trackables and will be kept well stocked with trinkets for the kids. This is a place of business that is either very busy or has no visitors at all, so please be respectful if there are muggles. Permission has been granted by the family to place the cache here.
This is a puzzle cache. You will use the waypoints and clues below along with the numbers on certain markers to discover the location of the final cache. The coordinates above will take you to the parking lot.

At location #1, the address to City Hall (located across the street) is easily visible. Use the last # of the address as letter A in the final coordinates. Also at location #1, there is a speed limit sign posted North of City Hall (visible from location #1), use the first # of the speed limit as letter B in the final coordinates.
At location #2, the Sabella family cat, Figaro, is buried. On the memorial plaque, use the second # in the year Figaro died as letter C in the final coordinates.
Initial cache contains log, FTF prize of a Sweet Katie Bee's gift card (free cupcake and cup of coffee), STL Cardinals mini-pennant, wooden train whistle, Spiderman bubbles, Garden of the Gods key chain, and other small trinkets.
