This one is located on the River Bluff Trail, less than .2 down the trail. One of the best views on the park is along this trail. The trail is 1.5 miles long and takes you through some of the quietest, wooded parts of the park with a great view of the Edisto River. There is a $2.00 admission fee to enter the park.
You will be looking for a small green lock-n-lock, located about 30 feet off the trail. You can be tempted to take a short cut when you see the remnants of an older trail, but stay on the trail until you get close, you’ll miss some great views if you don’t! There’s an improvised pencil in the box, but you’d be better off bringing a pen. Large enough for a few tradeables.
