This is one of many of the cities fine neighborhood 'Pocket Parks'. A nice quiet picnic area with a few tables, and privacy from the roadway. If you are lucky, you'll get to watch Mount Vernons Finest in action. This park is seldom used, and one of the many secret places.
Parking is on the south side of E Division. Be careful of traffic when crossing. It's a 35MPH zone here.
