Mount Vernon Lions Roadside Park
A city park maintained in cooperation with the Mount Vernon Lions Club. This is a popular park with a playground, and numerous picnic tables. It rests on the edge of the Skagit River and is also a trail connector for the Kulshan Trail and new Skagit Riverwalk (under construction). The trail also continues north to North Lions Park which has river access for fishing, and some small trails for walking.
The park is thick with muggles. Some extra stealth or diversionary tactics may be required. The difficulty rating is for this alone. If you go at night or other non-busy times, it's a 1.5.
