The log can be signed prior to meeting the challenge requirements, but the challenge cannot be claimed as a find until all requirements are met. Please report any container issues to the CO for repair. Any signatures on unauthorized replacement containers will be deleted by the CO. The average D/T rating for these caches is 1.5/1.5. The higher rating takes into consideration the requirements for meeting these challenges.
