Most of the waypoint stages are accessible from a hard-packed walkway that circles and crosses the park near the baseball and soccer fields. In addition to the sports fields there are a large open pavilion with picnic tables, several other single picnic tables, a large playground for the children, and numerous park benches along the walkway and near the playground. Restrooms are available, and snack bars are open during some ball games.
The first and second stages are easily available from nearby parking areas (drive right up to them!) Please be especially careful when muggles are present (weekends, and evenings are especially busy) and return each stage to it’s exact hiding spot. There will be a variety of “swag” at the final location and a certificate for the first to find. This can also be a good place to drop off trackables that need to be moved along. Bring the kids or your dog (on leash) and enjoy this special spot and a great place to get some walking exercise!
Please post a note if any of the waypoints appear to be missing so I can check and/or replace. Several “hiding styles” have been incorporated, so use your “geosense” and you should be able to find the “smiley” at the end!
CONGRATULATIONS TO kekj for First to find! I hope your success will encourage others to look for this one as well!
