From the Rishon Lezion muni. website:
The Memorial Park initiated by Mayor Nitzan is located near Kiryat Kramim. The 160,000 sq. meter complex includes Hassidei Umot Haolam [Righteous Among the Nations] Boulevard, on which 40 cubes of stone represent the countries of origin of the people that were honored with this title following Word War ll.
A huge cement and iron monument with six chimneys of differing heights commemorates the six million Jews exterminated by the Nazis as well as all the "Sons of Rishon" killed in the course of Israel's wars.
Another monument honors individuals from all over the world who fought the Nazis. The park is graced with green lawns, waterfalls, ponds and fountains. Next to the "Hurshat Habanim" grove that commemorates Rishon residents killed in action, the "Tekuma Monument" symbolizes the connection between the Holocaust and the revival of the State.

If you get it right, the trip from the posted coordinates to the cache itself should take no more than a minute or two. You're looking for a small, transparent tubular cache with a yellow lid.
Once you're done, please place the cache back in its place, and cover it better than the cacher before you ;)!
Happy Caching!
