At each of the waypoints I have placed a sticker with a number on it (each with a manufacturer's 5 year guarantee!). All are on sign posts or gates, and should be easily spotted.
This makes an ideal bike ride of 6.8 miles, but the roads are all driveable (all tarmac). If you do decide to drive the route, I would strongly recommend that you do this cache in pairs. All of the clue items are clearly visible from a car seat (if the circuit is done clockwise), but you do not really want to be fiddling with your GPSr, looking for hints, writing notes AND driving! In most cases you can park at or near to the clue items (I drove the route whilst placing them, so they must be!).
You can start this circuit anywhere, but make a note that number at published coordinates is considerably harder to spot than the rest (and is the most problematical if you are looking for parking!). The final cache location is placed on the Wayfarer's Walk path, somewhere in the middle of the circle formed by this series of waypoints. Once you have obtained your co-ordinates, you will then have to decide on your best approach route (again, there are several possibilities). The cache can be found at:
N51.AB.CDE. W001.FG.HIJ
Published Co-ordinates: =E
Waypoint 2 =D
Waypoint 3 = G
Waypoint 4 = A
Waypoint 5 = J
Waypoint 6 = C
Waypoint 7 = H
Waypoint 8 = F
Waypoint 9 = I
Waypoint 10 = B
You can check your answers for this multi on GeoChecker.com.
I hope you have as much fun completing this as I did setting it!
Happy caching!!
