The Silence: The Doctor Who Series Traditional Cache

This cache is located on the Vassar Farms property, a 527 acre plot right in Poughkeepsie.  The Vassar Farm property has miles of well marked and maintained trails that will take you through woods and fields, past ponds, streams and marshes.  You will be treated to a vast variety of wildlife from deer to beaver, turtles to a multitude of bird species.  We have been given permission to use this area for our game, treat it with respect and enjoy what it has to offer.

The Silence are a race of creatures and religious order, who have unique defense.  As soon as someone turns away from or loses sight of one of these aliens, they immediately forget that they saw it.  The Silence have been on Earth for many years, manipulating events without anyone taking notice because of their power.  The Doctor and his companions have to create and elaborate scheme to defeat them including marking their own body every time this see The Silence to try to remember how many times they've run into them.
