CZ: Západ slunce má své kouzlo téměř všude. Když zapadá slunce, probouzí se v nás zvláštní nostalgie, jako bychom se loučili s dnešním dnem. Netýká se to pouze nás. Najednou utichnou ptáci, vítr se promění ve vánek a vlny ve vlnky.

Okamžik východu a západu Slunce měl pro lidi odjakživa zásadní, v některých kulturách i náboženský nebo kultovní význam. Astronomové, kteří znají pohyb „nebeských“ těles s přesností na zlomky sekundy, dokáží východ a západ Slunce s touž přesností určit.

Pro naše setkání dne 30.6.2014 (pondělí) na souřadnicích N 45° 11.574 E 014° 39.920 určili čas západu slunce na 20.49 hodin.

Sejdeme se tedy na výše uvedených souřadnicích ve 20.15 hodin, v klidu se posadíme a budeme společně pozorovat tento přírodní úkaz. Při tom si můžeme připít skleničkou vína, piva nebo něčeho ostřejšího. Vše bude záležet jen na tom, kdo si co přinese. Při západu slunce se pokusíme udělat společné foto a kolem 21.00 hodin se pomalu rozejdeme.

EN: Sunset has its charms almost everywhere. When the sun awakens in us a special nostalgia as we said goodbye to this day. This does not only us. Suddenly, the birds fall silent, the wind turns into a breeze and wawes in the ripples.

The moment of sunrise and sunset for the people had always been essential in some cultures and religious or iconic significance. Astronomers who know the movement of "heavenly" bodies with an accuracy of fractions of a second, capable of sunrise and sunset with the same accuracy to determine.

For our meeting on June 30, 2014 (Monday) at coordinates N 45°11.574 E 014°39.920 is specified time of Sunset at 20.49 hours.

So I'll meet you at the above coordinates at 20.15 hours at rest and we'll sit down together observe this natural phenomenon. In doing so, we can drink a glass of wine, beer or something stronger.
