What can you do with $1500 in Hong Kong?
1. Buy 100 lock and lock small containers
2. Take MTR from Tin Shui Wai to Central 60 times
3. Buy 15 CDs of your favorite band
4. Eat 20 bowls of ramen

This cache is actually a second version of circular footbridge (GC4HXPQ). You are invited to take a leisurely stroll along the “Anecodotes Gallery”, sample the cultural heritage and landscapes of Wan Chai and retrace its valuable past.
About the cache, it is not difficult to find. You may need tweezers if you suffer from mysophobia. PLEASE BE STEALTH when you hide the cache back to original position, otherwise you may have to pay $1500 penalty.
Note1: GPS is super jumpy. The cache is on the footbridge. Please refer to the hint.
