Cache is located along a great hiking trail. A great snow shoe hike in winter.
A traditional cache that is not too difficult to find. Very winter friendly. Plan for a short hike. Some of the trails tend to criss cross making it easy to get turned around. You can grab a trail map on your way in. There is a display right off the parking lot. There are a few caches in the area so it is a great spot to spend a few hours. During the proper seasons, it is also a great fishing spot for young fisher boys and girls. We often come for the day, bring a picnic, the dog and fishing poles.
