See-Through Stairs Traditional Cache

This hide brings you to the Mountain Road 100 Steps project. This is a great short-cut from the Heights of JC to Hoboken.

Mountain road is a steep grade with a hair-pin turn. Remember, it's a one-way street, heading from Hoboken to JC.

 The staircase short-cuts the turn. You can see right through the stairs!

The best parking is on Ogden ave or Palisade ave, in Jersey City. You can access this from the 2nd st HBLR stop, as well.

 You may be able to park in Hoboken but good luck.

You do NOT have to take anything apart to find this. You may want to remove the cache and saunter away to sign. You will be VERY visible.

It is a bison tube that matches it's surroundings very well. the hint is a spoiler.
