You are in Constanta Downtown. Park your car and enjoy the Summer evening (a spectacular Port View a few meters away, plenty Bars, Terraces and Restaurants at every single step). Not to forget to mention that you are meters away of a few caches. 

Looking for a small container hidden somwhere around? Look no further - I just saw a small yellow pipe hidden not far from the wall, hidden in the grass. Unscrew the top and fix-it back the same way you find it. Please be stealth!
