I have discovered that challenge caches add a new purpose to caching and I love it. I am adding a few challenges for you to work on. I have found over 1000 caches and still have not completed this challenge, but I also have not gone out of my way to locate these caches, so I believe that you can complete this challenge without putting thousands of miles on your vehicle.
The challenge: Find 100 Caches with “me”, “my”, “myself” or “I” in the name. Only 70 may have “I” in the name since that seems to be the most common of the 4 pronouns. The other 30 can be a combination of “me”, “my” and “myself”.
The rules:
1) The pronoun must be a stand-alone word in the cache.(ITOME or MYSELFIE does not qualify but “I to ME” or “MY Selfiee” would).
2) The caches must be found and logged online by you. No piggy-backing off your friends finds.
3) Any type of cache or combination of cache types may be used. (benchmarks do not count)
4) If you find this cache but do not qualify with the 100 caches, please log a “note” only, I will delete logs that do not qualify!
5) The caches do not have to be found in Utah, but if you have please note it for that extra credit point!
6) You must list the qualifying caches in your online log similar to this:
Cache # Cache Name Date Found
GC3A6A5 How I hate Dentists 1/23/14
CG4Q0AE Poor ME, I Got Burned 1/27/14
GC1BF0K My first cache 3/25/14
I think this challenge is pretty straight forward, but if you have a question about whether a cache qualifies or not, email me. I will ask my 6th grade English teacher for her opinion then get back to you.
As of today 5/5/2016, I NOW HAVE COMPLETED MY OWN CHALLENGE- I have 63 "I"s, 12 "ME"s, and 27 "My"s for a total of 102!
