I placed this cache in memory of my late wife who would have loved doing this.
The cache is a plastic shoebox. Inside I placed a mini tool set, a can cozy, some hand lotion, a deck of cards, some dart flights, a hot wheels car, a bottle opener, and an M&M stuffed toy.
The cache is located in Blair Valley off county road S-2. Follow the dirt road around the valley and follow the signs for the Pictographs generally keeping left. The trailhead is at 33 01.181'N 116 20.396'W. A easy 1.26 mile hike will take you to the entrance of Smugglers Canyon. Mind your elevation.

Please take plenty of water and watch for snakes. Also use extreme caution if trying to climb the canyon walls as the schist is very unstable.
