#2 in the series is "Loves to Smile". The cache is placed to represent the second part of the Girl Scout Law ... "Friendly and Helpful". It is located outside of a business that helps people be proud of their teeth and not be afraid to smile.
Did you know smiles are contagious? Smiles are a great thing to pass around. Genuine smiles can reduce stress, lower your heart rate, improve your mood (and the mood of the people around you), increase trust, and make you look younger! Why on earth wouldn't you want to smile?
In your log, feel free to post something in your life that is worth smiling about!
Parking is available along the street. Letterbox has been placed with business owner's permission. PLEASE USE STEALTH during normal business hours because there are a lot of muggle children with braces and retainers walking in and out throughout the day. Kids are naturally curious, will wonder what you are doing, and will certainly come over and investigate for themselves this odd piece of tupperware covered in camo tape if they see you with it.
In letterboxing, you are supposed to use clues to help find the letterbox. If you have any questions about letterboxing and how it differs from geocaching, feel free to contact us. Letterboxing is a Brownie badge so we are trying to get more letterboxes in the area for local Brownies to find. Our clues will be simple so everyone can figure them out and the area Brownies can easily earn their badges.
Clue: There is a common two-letter word that you may say to be friendly when you see someone you know. This letterbox is the opposite of that word.
