T2A-R: Show Down (Waihi, Waikato) Traditional Geocache

This is one of a series of caches we have placed on a route from Tauranga to Auckland return (T2A-R). The traditional caches will contain information needed for two bonus caches, one at either end of the trip.

From time to time we travel this route between Tauranga and Auckland, sometimes returning the same day. We have got into the habit of stopping to find a cache or two as a good excuse to take a break from driving, and decided to place a few ourselves.

The co-ords will take you to the vicinity of the Waihi A&P Showgrounds, just off to the side of SH2 as you head out of Waihi. The annual show is held in November. Please also note the rows of Phoenix palms on both sides of the road near GZ. You are looking for a 200ml sistema containing a log book and pencil. There is room for small swaps and TB's. Please be stealthy when retrieving the cache and rehide it well. The cache also contains one of the clues you will need to locate the T2A-R: Auckland Bonus cache.

UPDATE 21/10/17: As this cache keeps losing its cover, we have moved it to the nearest tree and will update co-ords. Please be stealthy and cover the cache well with natural camo when replacing.
