Sakoma, jog statant elektrėnus buvo nuspręsta juose įkurti ir atrakcionų parką, tik dėl ir taip ribotų lėšų teko rinktis- kokybiška elektrinė arba kokybiškas parkas. Kadangi be elektrinės nebūtų ir atrakcionų, todėl atrakcionus miesto valdžia atplukdė netgi iš tolimosios Amerikos, na, tiksliau amerikos savartyno. Jau nuo pat pradžių jo būta nesaugaus, tik vieninteliai vaikai to nematė tad ir vardas buvo suteiktas - Vaikų Pasaulis.

It's foretold that when the town was just begining to build first buildings it was decided that townies will need amusement park, the only problem, well maybe not the only one, was that the budget was too low and the city council had to choose between shady Eletric plant and shady Amusement park. And as there would'nt have been park without Electric Plant, the rollercoaster and other stuff was imported from USA, well from some dump from USA. From the very start it was unsafe, just the children were not afraid, and from that stands name: Childrens World.
