Lactodorum: I have been undertaking a review of Virtual caches as a result of a tightening of the regulations concerning them. In particular I would point out the following guideline:

"Virtual Cache Maintenance Guidelines

Although the virtual cache is not something you physically maintain, you must maintain your virtual cache's web page and respond to inquiries and periodically check the physical location. You should also return to the web site at least once a month to show you are still active. Virtual caches posted and "abandoned" may be archived by the site."

I notice that it has been some time since you logged on to the website and I am therefore archiving this cache.

Should you feel this is an error please feel free to contact me on Be sure to quote the GCxxxx cache number or URL in your note.

Geocache Description:

This is the Treasure Hunt created for the Winchester Cachers Meet at the end of April 2002. It has been posted as a virtual cache at the request of several people who didn't make the meet. To complete the cache fully will take between three and four hours although corners can be cut for a shorter experience.

There are 24 questions and some photo clues to answer as described below. The waypoint of this cache is the same as the waypoint for Q1. PDFs of the questions and photos can be obtained here.

You can log the cache if you find the final point (Q24). E-mail me your answers if you want your score posted. The top score on the day was 40 points.

Reviewer notes

Use this space to describe your geocache location, container, and how it's hidden to your reviewer. If you've made changes, tell the reviewer what changes you made. The more they know, the easier it is for them to publish your geocache. This note will not be visible to the public when your geocache is published.
