This cache is located in Ryan Hummert Memorial Park in Maplewood Missouri. This is a beautiful park located on one of the highest points in the area with a wonderful view. There is a playground for the kiddos, and a corner deli to grab a snack. Please obey park curfews.
Log is in the cache. It is in the glue stick. My kids got to it with a sharpie. Don't want anyone to think it is a trinket...lol
I myself am a St. Louis City fireman, and have dedicated this cache to the memory of fallen Firefighter Ryan Hummert, "Last Alarm" 7-21-08. He passed too soon. This cache is also dedicated to all firefighters who have given the ultimate sacrifice to serve their community. So I ask those who find this, to take a moment for the "Fallen but not Forgotten". This cache is starting with a "Trackable Travel Firefighter". So congrats to FTF and keep it moving!!
