Placed by two families who forged the woods of North Carolina to geocache and form a friendship. Walking through these parts has been done by these two families long before Anderson Creek Park was established. We thought it'd be great for others to share in the experience.
You are looking for a small geocache box just like the ones sold in the starter kits. After all, it was placed by eight and four year olds... with some adult supervision. Bring bug spray if you are visiting during the summer months. Come at an appropriate time or else you'll get locked out. The park closes at eight. Sign the log and if you'd like to take a trinkit to remember your visit, don't forget to leave something in exchange. A pen is available for the log, but in the NC heat, you never know how well it may work. Enjoy the new facilities and have fun.
