The park is free and open to the public daily from 7:00 am to 7:45 pm.

The coordinates listed above are for the start of the Wherigo (WIG) cache. When in this area your WIG compatible device will lead you through the rest of the game play and finally end up at the final stage where the cache is.

Your journey starts here and it will take you for a little hike approximately 7 to 8 tenths of a mile out through the Aiea Loop Trail. This WIG does not take you around the entire trail. Once at the starting point, you will be giving directions to your next waypoint. At these waypoints there will be some simple tasks to complete prior to moving to the next waypoint. Once you have completed these tasks you will be guided to the final location where the physical cache is hidden. The final cache location will be given during the gameplay of the cartridge. Total game play time is approximately 30 minutes depending on your pace.

You must download the cartridge to your Garmin compatible device to run it or smart phone with compatible Application. The physical cache has a writing utensil available but, as always, it's best to bring your own just to be safe. The cache is large enough to hold small items such as trackables and other swag . Please be sure to hide the cache to keep from being muggled when you are finished. I hope you enjoy the hike and the cache.
