Tā nu mēs 2014.gada 7.junijā sanākam uz pirmo ministrijas sasaukumu, centīsimies ievēlēt Muļķīgo gaitu Ministrijas ministru MINISTRU. 
Eu, kas te jādara*:
1) 2014.gada 7.jūnijā līdz plkst 9:00 ierodies dotajās koordinātās un mēģini nesastāties vienā barā ar pārējiem ministru kandidātiem (izretojamies pa promenādi);
2) 9:05 realizējam Monthy Phython skeču Ministry of Silly Walks https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iV2ViNJFZC8, liekot lietā savu īpašo mājās sagatavoto, izmēģināto un nostrādāto gaitas piemēru. Noskataties video - galvenais ņemiet vērā Monthy Phython ministra ieteikumus;
3) ierašanās kā jau pienācīgiem ministriem - zolīdos apģērbos;
4) veicam sagatavotajā gaitā gājienu līdz dotajam waypointam, kur vēlēšanu urnā piesakam savu kandidatūru uz Muļķīgo gaitu ministru MINISTRU, iemetot lapiņu ar savu niku (tās sagatvot pašiem iepriekš);
5) sastājamies uz grupas bildi, kad tas viss paveikts pēc signāla dodamies katrs uz savu pusi.
6) Pieņemti tiks tikai tie ministru kandidāti, kas spēs savā īpašajā, unikālajā, neatkārtojamā gaitā (neaizmirstot un nemainot tās stilu) veikt visu ceļu no eventa koordinātām līdz vēlēšanu urnai.
Ministra MINISTRU paziņos Latvian geocachers žūrija (rezultāts gan jau ir nopirkts) pasākuma mājas lapā, un Mega Rīga laikā tiks pasniegta īpašā Muļķīgo gaitu minstru MINISTRA ministrijas balva.

In cooperation with Mega Riga we have decided to found our own geoministry and as it seems there is a good date for this occasion: 7 th of June this year is the Official World-Wide Flash Mob day http://www.gcwwfm.com/ and a chance to collect and add new souvenir to your geocaching profile.
So, in this case on 7 th June, 2014 we will come to first meeting of ministry and try to elect minister MINISTER of Silly Walks Ministry.
What should you do:
1) 7th of June , 2014 till 9:00 am go to the coordinates and try not to stand in one swarm with other minister candidates (line up along the promenade);
2) 09:05 am start to walk towards flashmob waypoint impersonating your own/ homemade and rehearsed silly walk like in Monthy Phython sketch Ministry of Silly Walks https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iV2ViNJFZC8 (please, keep in mind suggestions of minister from sketch when developing your silly walks);
3) dress code: as for proper ministers;
4) as you reach the waypoint, by doing your silly walks, there will be election box, where you can submit your vote for minister MINISTER of Silly walks Ministry -prepared paper with your own geocaching nickname;
5) make a group photo and when its all done, after signal you are welcome to leave the flash mob event;
6) participation shall be approved only if you shall make all the way from starting coordinates to waypoint of election box using your silly walks (not changing its style along the way);
Minister MINISTER of Silly walks Ministry shall be announced by independent jury on geocaching webpage (also the results could be bribed already) and during event of Mega Riga special price of Silly walks Ministry shall be passed.
