ここ新川は酒問屋の街です。

かつて灘などから江戸へ船で運ばれていたお酒は、ここに集められていました。

幾つもある酒問屋の中でも、鹿嶋屋は大きく有名だったお店です。

さて昭和38年夏、一つのニュースが世を騒がせました。

日清製油（現在の日清オイリオ）本社ビルの改築工事中、地中からたくさんの小判や天保二朱金が掘りだされたのです。

現代の価値にして約１０億円という莫大なものでした。

調べた結果、これは鹿嶋屋の埋蔵金だったのです。

さて今回のキャッシュは埋蔵金が発見されたそばに隠しました。
