The Agriscience Biotechnology program introduces students to the world of utilizing science to increase the effectiveness of living organisms. The program begins with a course in Agricultural Science and progresses to Agricultural Biotechnology. Emphasis will be on cellular biology and genetics as well as current trends and methods in biotechnology and the application of valid scientific principles. The field of biotechnology is growing rapidly providing numerous career opportunities.
This year her Academy had to go to Pensacola Fl for State competition and won State for their academies project. Now they will be going to Nationals in June
