This park features the iconic stone lion placed there in 1689 to protect local villagers from fire and made famous in black and white photo from the Battle of Okinawa.
The stone lion (shisa) has passed the test of time thoughout one of the worst battles in human history. So the lion and the cache must live. The hiding spot and even the container are the exact as ddrams's one.
