Spend another penny Letterbox Hybrid

This cache is a drive-by and is situated on a intersection between two roads.

The site is an old public convenience that is not in use anymore.  Eventually it will be demolished like the previous one further down the road near where my other cache is (Spend a penny), so the cache will have a lifespan.  It situated in a busy location so much stealth is needed.
