The McMansion nearest to this cache has been in this unoccupied state for more years than I can recall. I wonder if the inside is finished or what has prevented anyone from moving in.
Decided to drop a cache here as I biked by and pondered these issues.
Update as of June 2022: after more than a decade, the house has been demolished. I'm still curious as to what went wrong here.
The cache lives on.
