This is a simple letterbox hybrid. There IS a tiny stamp in the cache, but no stamp pad and no pen.
To find the cache, start at the posted coordinates. DO NOT PARK ON FRANKLIN BLVD., AND PLEASE OBEY ALL NO PARKING SIGNS!
Start walking South...count 24 squares. While you're walking, notice the words on the ground to your right (west). Remember the first one you come to...you'll need it. When you reach the 24th square, walk east at a 90 degree angle until you reach the wall. There you'll find the cache, it's in plain sight. Remember that word? Use it here.
There is NO NEED to enter the garden area, nor should you be wandering into the yard side area. Stay toward Franklin Blvd.
