Piccolo
Not to be confused with his evil father King Piccolo, is a member of the Z -Team. At first he was spawned from his dying father, Piccolo was instructed to kill and be evil. At first he tried that but was defeated by Goku. Over time he grew to respect Goku and his friends and finally befriended all of them. So now he is a good guy. And because he is a good guy he is much easier to find then his evil father King Piccolo.
For the cache Piccolo has been meditated with a group of Monks near a large temple. Somewhere near that temple you can find him hiding in the same spot an old puzzle cache used to be. Once you find him, Piccolo will gladly hand you a puzzle piece to find a Dragon Ball.
