A nice place to pull over as you go over the pass.
Down below this pull out is the Old Teton Pass road. It is now the Jackson Hole Community Pathway System bike trail, As I was growing up we would travel over the pass to go to Driggs or Idaho Falls. This side of the pass is made up of a long up hill climb until you would come to the first of 8 switch backs to the top, Then it will follow the new road to last switch back where it will so straight across if you look you can still see the old roads cuts. I can remember going over the pass in the winter and dad hit a slick spot and did a 180 with out hitting ether snow banks. or he would say get in the back and all of us kids would jump into the back of the station wagon
