The Similkameen River is a monster than has to be caged during the spring runoff. Some of the banks have been re-inforced with used concrete slabs to prevent erosion. Although it may not be pretty, it does the job and recycles some otherwise useless material.
This is a small cache containing a log book and pencil. This spot gives you a nice view down the river towards Osoyoos and is the start of a nice walk along the river dyke boardering Keremeos.
