Changes in Latitudes, Changes in Attitudes Mystery Cache

It's spring, and my thoughts turn to long drives along the back roads of Chester County in my red convertible, top down, the wind in my hair, radio playing Jimmy Buffet songs... The sounds of spring and summer!  On that note, I've created a little puzzle to challenge your mind as it thaws out from our long winter. Be sure to read carefully;  things may not be as they appear.

Trouble in 2016! Most geocachers get to this cache in two steps. First, they solve the Soduko puzzle and get to the wrong location. There they found a container with note that says "What was the name of this cache?" But Uwchlan Township is building a Memorial Wall and they removed the fence along the road behind the wall, and the cache container with the hint along with it. Oops! Future solvers may need to know that when you're standing behind the memorial wall scratching your head, you should consider the cache name and rethink your solution. I'm certain that will Change Your Attitude for the final.

Also note that while it's creeping ever closer, there is currently no PI at the final location. I suspect this may change by the end of the summer, but I'll keep pushing it back.
