Best bet is probably to park at the end of Rangers Road and find the fire trail head near the football fields. As there are a few steep slopes about and I'm pretty soft I left the trails about 200m west near a junction but there are a number of approaches you can take closer to the cache location. Once you find the cache hold the bottom as you unscrew the top and be careful to put it back as you found it else it might be lost forever! Remember to bring a pen!
Note that although technically the cache container is a micro, what you are actually looking for is a LOT bigger than a micro. I hope that helps!
