Close to this Geocache (200 feet) was a famous film 'Empire Of The Sun' location: the ‘Shanghai’ bungalow: Legh Road, Knutsford, Cheshire

Steven Spielberg’s epic, based on JG Ballard’s autobiographical novel, has Christian Bale as Jamie Graham, a boy surviving on his wits after being separated from his parents during the WWII Japanese invasion of Shanghai.

This is a unique handmade Cache made by the members of our day service in Knutsford , inside will be one of our handmade logbooks to put a message if you desire and a few more as gifts if you would like to take one for your own cache , thanks for the visit :)
