Although the actual placement of the cache is probably wheel chair accessible, I'm not sure about parking, so I'm rating it a bit higher.
I spend a lot of time at this location. I've told the owner many stories about my caching experiences. He gave permission to put this cache on his property. Limited parking, so don't linger long. Three windows face the cache, so you might be observed. Although there are many nice places to put caches in this area, there tends to be very little parking along this Chester County corridor. A jefferson for FTF and a coin for STF.
