Turkey Oak


Gobble, Gobble
Name comes from the leaf's resemblance to a turkey's foot.

Smaller than your Average Oak
Short stubby growth. Prefers dry, sandy soils.

Wildlife Attractant
Its acorns are important food for black bears, deer and wild turkeys.


You are seeking a regular sized ammo can.


This "PHC" cache is one of a 14 part series that leads to a 15th, Final puzzle cache. The inside container lid and log sheet are both marked with a letter=number code, e.g. "A=7". Write down this code from each of the 14 "PHC" caches so you can use them to solve for the coordinates to the final, GC55TJJ. You will need all 14 and you are going to hike a long way to get them, don't forget any! A full listing of all 14 caches may be found on the Puzzle Final page.
