Gone Baby Gone (2007) was Ben Affleck's directorial debut (and in my opinion, his best film to date - yes even better than Argo as good as it was!) Boasting a strong cast and one of the best opening monologues in recent memory, the film posed a treacherous ethical dilemma to its viewers, that left folks with hundreds of varying opinions. Not wanting to reveal too many spoilers, I won't say anything more about this great film, which launched Affleck into the ranks of outstanding directors.
